Exposing the Myth of Health Experts
The Problem With Health Experts and Their Claims
Everywhere we look, so-called “experts” are telling us what to eat, what supplements to buy, and what beauty products to use. They sound confident, but there is one fundamental truth they leave out:
Why Pathways Don’t Tell the Whole Story
In science, we often study individual pathways—like the Krebs cycle, glycolysis, or hormonal feedback loops. These studies are valuable, but they only show isolated fragments.
The reality is much bigger:
- The body is not a set of independent pathways, or metabolic cycles.
- There are more than 10,000 pathways. Every pathway is interconnected with countless others.
- A change in one area creates ripples across the entire system.
An Example of a Single Pathway- The "Krebs cycle"
The Krebs cycle (also called the pyruvic acid cycle) is the most studied, most fundamental metabolic cycle in the human body. Scientists often teach it as a neat, circular process of energy production.
But in reality, the Krebs cycle is not an isolated loop. In my research, I have identified at least ten additional, independent metabolic cycles that directly connect to it. And on average, each one of those ten cycles branches out to another ten cycles.
That means a change in the Krebs cycle can immediately influence 100 other metabolic pathways—in just the first level of interaction. And that’s only the beginning.
The human body contains more than 10,000 known metabolic pathways. If you tried to calculate the possible interactions between them—10 to the power of 10,000—the number is so vast that even the most powerful supercomputer cannot handle it. The answer overflows into infinity.
In other words: it is mathematically impossible to fully track, predict, or control the web of interactions inside the human body.

This diagram shows how the Krebs Cycle, often taught as a single “energy loop,” is actually connected to many other cycles.
The red center represents the Krebs Cycle.
The orange ring shows 10 metabolic cycles that link directly to it.
The yellow nodes illustrate how those cycles then branch out further.
Even this simple picture barely scratches the surface. In reality, there are over 10,000 known metabolic pathways in the human body, and each one connects to many others. A change in one cycle—like the Krebs Cycle—can ripple outward and influence hundreds of millions of other processes.
This is why no scientist, computer, or “expert” can ever fully predict or control the body. It is an orchestra of unimaginable complexity, not a machine with isolated parts.
The Body’s Hidden Orchestra
Think of your body as an orchestra with ten thousand instruments.
- Scientists may understand the violin section or the trumpet solo. Getting into gene editing is like getting into electron microscopy of a violin string.
- But no one has mapped the full symphony.
- Each instrument (or pathway) is constantly listening, adjusting, and responding to the others.
But we are listening to only one instrument, and that’s why studying one pathway in isolation—even in detail—doesn’t explain how the whole body plays together.
Male and Female Bodies Play Different Tunes
Another layer of complexity is sex differences:
- Males are influenced predominantly by testosterone and androgens.
- Females are influenced by estrogen and progesterone.
These hormones tune the “instruments” differently. The same supplement, diet, or intervention may have opposite effects depending on whether it’s acting in a male or female body.
The Myth of Health Experts: Why No One Can Give Absolute Advice

The unavoidable conclusion:
- There is no true authority who can give universal advice on supplements, nutrition, or beauty.
- Marketing often disguises itself as science.
- Even the best research only captures fragments of a much larger picture.
- Hence the “Myth of Health Experts!”
What We Do Know
Don’t fall for the myth of health experts! Instead of chasing miracle pills and quick fixes, we should focus on the timeless foundations of health that consistently support the human body:
- Real food
- Movement and physical training
- Rest and recovery
- Discipline and balance
These principles honor the body’s natural ability to regulate itself—an ability far more powerful than any drug or product on the market.
Final Takeaway
The human body is a self-regulating miracle. It’s an orchestra so vast and complex that no scientist, doctor, or influencer can claim to fully understand it.
The wisest path is not to buy into miracle claims but to respect the body with consistency, discipline, and simplicity.
Stay tuned: in my next articles, I’ll break down the hidden risks of today’s most widely prescribed “fixes” which are the myth of health experts—and show you how to protect your health in the long term.
