I’m Dr. Bomi Joseph. For over 40 years, I’ve studied, practiced, and taught the truth about human health. I’ve worked at the intersection of health science, technology, and disciplined living. My journey began in traditional medical science, but it expanded quickly into the worlds of food related disease, plant medicine, neuromuscular tissue training, and martial arts.
I’ve advised health ministries, led corporate teams, spoken on global stages, and pioneered AI-powered health diagnostics. Along the way, I developed the Deep Health® Device, which today measures the health of over 180 million people across Asia—thanks to partnerships with some of the largest pharmaceutical and insurance companies in the world.
At my core, I believe that vibrant, long-lasting health is not a product—it’s a process. It’s earned through discipline, truth, movement, and spiritual clarity. I got tired of repeating myself over and over again and I decided to summarize some of my oft repeated phrases in a coffee table book, Unfettered.
I also decided to build a website with the foundation of everything I teach, build, and live– with one goal: to empower people with real tools to live a longer, stronger, and clearer life.
